Making your own chocolate and sampling locally made rums and liqueurs is truly a signature experience. A British Cocoa Grower and Chocolatier par excellence has established “Hotel Chocolat” right here on St. Lucia. The company is internationally known to “Chocolate connoisseurs” for the very best quality chocolates made from delicious fresh cocoa beans with a “unique – one of a kind flavor”.On arrival at Hotel Chocolat your chocolate creation begins as you taste, shell, grind the flavorful cocoa beans and learn the technique of mixing and pounding them into your very own chocolate bar. Enjoy a delightful Coco Cuisine lunch whilst your chocolate cools. Each participant will receive their very own chocolate bar which they made before returning to the hotel.
